In 2005 a World Summit was held in New York to address the UN reform, and in severe financial crisis of credibility. In those moments was still at the head of the secretariat of the United Nations Kofi Annan. Unfortunately, as we are accustomed evil world leaders (just look at what happened with the G20 this past Saturday in Washington!), Did not address the roots of the problem, and so we are continuing to grow hair with this body set up to
carry peace and progress to the entire planet, but that hardly account when making major decisions world (back again to the example of the G20, what about the rest of the 178 remaining countries where they are?).
